Refund Policy
If a client terminates an account, the monthly subscription paid for that account will not be refunded. However, the prepaid chat minutes will be refunded, minus £15 for administration fees.
If an error occurs or the service is substandard for any reason, Live247Support may issue refunds at its discretion.
